We accept the following file formats: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, JPEG, PNG, and TIFF. For best results, upload vector files (PDF, AI, EPS) with fonts converted to outlines. High-resolution raster files (300 DPI minimum) are also acceptable. If you have an older file format or aren't sure, contact us and we'll help.

Yes! Every custom order includes a digital proof for your review and approval. We'll email you a proof within 4-8 hours of placing your order (faster during business hours). You can request changes, approve for print, or work with our designers to refine the design. Production won't begin until you approve the proof.

Yes! Our design team can create a custom campaign logo as part of our free design service. Provide us with your candidate name, party affiliation, colors, and any other details, and we'll design multiple logo concepts for you to choose from. Logo design is included with your order at no extra charge.

Durability varies by material: Corrugated plastic signs typically last 3-6 months outdoors with proper installation. Vinyl banners can last 1-3 years depending on weather exposure. Aluminum signs are the most durable, often lasting 5+ years outdoors. All our materials are UV-resistant and designed to withstand typical weather conditions including rain, wind, and sun exposure.

We offer standard sizes including: 12x18", 18x24", 24x18", and custom sizes up to 60" wide for yard signs. Banners are available from 2ft to 10ft wide in various lengths. Aluminum signs come in sizes from 6x6" up to 48x96". Contact us if you need a size not listed—we can accommodate most custom dimensions.

Yes! Wire stakes are included with every corrugated plastic yard sign at no extra charge. We offer two stake options: standard wire stakes for soft ground (grass, soil) and heavy-duty H-stakes for harder ground or windy areas. Heavy-duty stakes are available for purchase if you need extra support in challenging conditions.

Standard production takes 24-48 hours after design approval. Rush production (same-day) is available for an additional fee. Once your proof is approved, we'll send you a production timeline. During peak election seasons (60-30 days before elections), we recommend adding extra buffer time due to higher order volumes.

Yes! Standard ground shipping is FREE on all orders of 50+ signs within the continental United States. For smaller orders under 50 signs, shipping fees vary by location and order weight. Express and rush shipping options are available for an additional fee. International shipping is available to Canada and other countries.

Absolutely! You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. You can also log into your account to view real-time order status and tracking. We ship via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and provide the most cost-effective option for your location unless you specify a preference.

All shipments are insured for up to $100. If any items arrive damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll ship replacement signs within 24 hours at no additional cost. Our packaging is designed to protect signs during transit, but we understand that carrier handling isn't always perfect.

Volume discounts start at 50 signs with increasing savings as quantity increases. Typical discount tiers: 50-99 signs (5% off), 100-499 signs (10% off), 500-999 signs (15% off), 1,000+ signs (20%+ off). For very large orders (5,000+ signs), contact us for custom pricing. We also offer special campaign rates for party committees and political organizations.

Yes! We can split large orders across multiple shipping addresses at no extra charge. This is perfect for county-wide campaigns or organizations with multiple chapters. You can specify different quantities and designs for each address during checkout. We'll package and ship each location separately with its own tracking number.

Yes! For large campaigns, we offer fulfillment services including kitting (packaging individual voter packets), warehousing, and scheduled releases. We can store your signs and ship them to volunteers or precincts as needed throughout your campaign. Contact our enterprise sales team to discuss fulfillment options for your organization.

Absolutely! Statewide campaigns, party committees, and large organizations are encouraged to contact us directly for custom pricing. No Chargebacks Accepted. We do not accept credit card chargebacks. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that all charges are valid and non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. All orders are custom-printed to your exact specifications, and once approved for production, the work has been completed.

In the event of a chargeback, you agree to pay a processing fee of $250.00 plus 25% of the chargeback amount, which shall be deemed an earned fee for our services. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and termination of services. We reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies for fraudulent or improper chargebacks.

If there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will immediately reprint and ship replacement signs at no charge. However, errors must be reported before initiating a chargeback.
