CustomElectionSigns.com provides custom printing services for political campaign materials, including but not limited to:

Die-cut shapes, stickers, magnetic signs, and specialty campaign materials.
Professional design assistance to create custom campaign materials.
Our services are available to customers worldwide, with standard shipping to locations within the continental United States included at no additional charge for qualifying orders. Additional fees may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations.
For orders exceeding 50 units or requiring special services such as split shipping, warehousing, fulfillment, or NET payment terms, additional terms and conditions may apply. Volume pricing and special arrangements are subject to approval and these Terms of Service.
When you place an order with CustomElectionSigns.com, you agree to the pricing and terms in effect at the time of order placement. All prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are not binding until confirmed by us in writing or by email.
Quotes provided by CustomElectionSigns.com are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are subject to these Terms of Service. After 30 days, quotes may be subject to price adjustments based on current pricing.
We accept the following payment methods:
NET 30 Payment Terms: Available for established political campaigns, party committees, and government organizations subject to credit approval. NET terms are subject to these Terms of Service and additional requirements.
Payment is processed at the time of order placement. For orders with NET terms, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at the rate of 1.5% per month.
Applicable sales tax will be added to orders based on your shipping address and the applicable tax laws. Tax-exempt customers must provide valid documentation prior to order placement.
You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. Please review your order confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, inappropriate content, violation of election laws, or inability to fulfill the order. In such cases, we will issue a full refund.
Standard production time is 2-3 business days after design approval. Rush production is available for an additional fee. Production times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, complexity, and availability.
Rush Orders: Same-day or next-day production may be available for an additional fee. Contact us to confirm availability before placing a rush order.
Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States.
Free for orders of 50+ signs within continental US. 3-5 business days transit time.

Risk of loss and title for goods passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged shipments after the package is delivered to the carrier.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. It is your responsibility to track your shipment and ensure someone is available to receive it.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage, shortages, or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in your claim being denied.
You retain all ownership rights to content you provide, including logos, images, text, and designs ("Customer Content"). By providing Customer Content, you grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, and modify it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF YOUR ORDER. We do not verify the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any content you provide. You represent and warrant that you have the right to use all content provided and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
When you use our design services, we will create a proof for your review. Once you approve the proof, production will begin. You are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully and confirming accuracy.

Once a proof is approved, production begins immediately and changes cannot be made. Reprints due to customer errors are the responsibility of the customer.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use all content you provide and that it does not violate:

It is your responsibility to ensure your campaign materials comply with all applicable federal, state, and local election laws, including campaign finance disclosure requirements, disclaimer requirements, and any other regulatory requirements. We are not responsible for ensuring your campaign materials comply with election laws.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible. You will be notified of the production start time via email.
We want you to be satisfied with your order. If there is a manufacturing error or defect, we will reprint and ship a replacement immediately at no additional cost.
Manufacturing Errors: If we make an error in your order (wrong text, incorrect size, poor print quality due to our fault), we will reprint the affected items and ship them at no cost.
Customer Errors: If the error was due to content you provided (incorrect spelling, wrong information, design changes after approval), reprints will be at your expense.
To request a refund or replacement:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If there is any manufacturing defect or quality issue with your order, we will reprint and ship replacements immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority.
