You'll receive your design proof within 4-8 hours during business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm EST). Outside of business hours, proofs are typically delivered first thing the next business morning.
Once production begins, changes cannot be made. This is why we strongly encourage careful review of your proof before approval. If you need to make changes after approval but before production starts, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to accommodate.
No problem! We offer unlimited revisions until you're completely satisfied. Tell us what you'd like changed, and our designers will create a new proof. This service is completely free as part of our design assistance.
Orders can be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once production starts, cancellation is not possible. You'll receive an email notification when production begins. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
